Outside of my work as a dietitian, I’m an active and curious person. I love all kinds of sports—from gym workouts to combat sports and soccer—because movement is key to my personal balance. I’m a big coffee enthusiast; it’s a daily pleasure I never tire of. I also love to travel, especially when I can discover new cultures through their cuisine. Reading is another favourite pastime, whether to relax or deepen my professional knowledge. I enjoy being outside in the sun and am always excited to try new foods or supplements, often to better guide my clients.
